Tom Wallace

Tom Wallace, Chief Executive Officer

Tom Wallace, CEO, has more than 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and manager of technology companies. Mr. Wallace has successfully built and sold two startups in his career. One increased revenue to $20 million and the other to $75 million before selling them to public companies. Prior to coming to VectorLearning in 2004, he was cofounder and CEO of The Waldec Group, a Tampa based network integrator. Waldec grew to over 300 employees and $75 million in annual sales before being sold to IKON Office Solutions, a Fortune 500 company. He is a co-founder and former president of the Tampa Bay Technology Forum (TBTF), and presently serves on its Board of Directors, and is a member of the CEO Council of Tampa Bay.



Kevin Adamek

Kevin Adamek, Chief Financial Officer

Kevin Adamek joined VectorLearning in 2008 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to VectorLearning, he was the President and founder of Waldec and Associates, LLC, an accounting and financial services company targeting small businesses. During the same period, he was the managing partner of two residential development projects in Pennsylvania. In addition, in 2003, he founded Waldec Homes, LLC, a residential home building company in Pittsburgh, PA. From 1998 through 2002, he worked for IKON Office Solutions, most recently as the CFO of the Technology Services Division, where he was responsible for over 40 acquired companies. Mr. Adamek co-founded The Waldec Group with Tom Wallace, and the two have worked together for many years. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Pennsylvania State University.



Jon Katz

Jon Katz, Executive Vice President, Corporate Development

Jon Katz joined VectorLearning in June 2010, to focus on mergers and acquisitions. He was most recently the head of Corporate Development and Financial Planning and Analysis with publicly-held Tech Data Corporation, the second largest IT distributor in the world, with annual revenue in excess of $22 billion. Mr. Katz was responsible for identifying, structuring, and negotiating M&A transactions, as well as leading the team that ran and consolidated the worldwide strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting process. Previously, he spent seven years with Intuit Inc., the developers of Quicken, QuickBooks, and TurboTax software, where, as Director of Corporate Development, he executed 20 M&A transactions, totaling nearly $1 billion. Immediately prior to Intuit, he held a number of senior positions with General Electric, most recently Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at GE's Long Term Care Insurance division. Mr. Katz holds a Master in Business Administration in Finance and Investments and a Bachelor in Business Administration from The George Washington University.



Sebastian de Almenara

Sebastian de Almenara, Vice President, RedVector Sales

Sebastian de Almenara has over 15 years experience running outbound sales call centers. He joined VectorLearning in 2009 from Wellcare, a Tampa-based government sponsored healthcare company. He relocated to Tampa in 2003 with Talk-America Corporation. Before Talk America, he was co-founder of Ecolatino magazine, the # 1 bilingual (English-Spanish) magazine in the Northeast Florida region. Prior to this endeavor, he worked at BellSouth Corporation for several years where he filled different roles in the sales and marketing departments. He graduated from Fort Lauderdale College in 1992 with a degree in Business Administration.



Scott Roan

Scott Roan, Vice President, Software Development

Scott Roan oversees the product development organization for the Company, and is responsible for the development, quality assurance, design, and database teams; enhancement and deployments of the VectorLearning web sites; and building and maintaining internal process automations. Mr. Roan has over 10 years experience managing IT teams and maintaining complex software applications. He joined VectorLearning in November of 2006. He has worked within the banking, healthcare, and service industries, developing and supporting enterprise-level web applications with up to 10,000+ users and terabytes of data. Immediately prior to VectorLearning, he was the Application Manager for a .Net Windows-based remote application at Ideal Image Development Corp, Inc. Before Ideal Image, he was with Fidelity National Financial, eMason, and TransWorld Diversified Services, where he managed development teams that produced production web applications.



Ryan Sparks

Ryan Sparks, Care2Learn General Manager & Vice President of Sales

Ryan Sparks has been with the Company since 2005, having joined Care2Learn before the acquisition by VectorLearning. He has 11 years experience in the eLearning industry. Before working at VectorLearning, he developed a wide assortment of learning and performance solutions including online learning and electronic performance support systems at General Dynamics, where he helped improve the services provided to US veterans. Mr. Sparks has a graduate degree in Instructional Systems Design from Florida State University and an MBA from the University of Florida.



Victoria Zambito

Victoria Zambito, Vice President, Marketing

Victoria Zambito leads all marketing activities for the Company, and has held the role of VP of Marketing since 2009. She joined VectorLearning at its inception in 2000 as a course developer and technical writer, and is an expert in interactive content development and delivery. From 2000 to 2009 she served as VP of Content, where she oversaw the development of online courses and led the charge to incorporate new technologies and levels of interactivity. Under her leadership, the course library grew from two courses to more than 1,000. Prior to VectorLearning, she worked as a Tampa-based Fox Television news producer. She is a member of the American Society of Training and Development and the eLearning Guild, and she graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University.



Victoria Zambito

Matt Casey PhD, Vice President, Content

Matt oversees the Content and Accreditations teams at VectorLearning and has more than 10 years of experience in training solution design, implementation, and testing in a variety of business settings, including: the development of training evaluation methods and training program management in both centralized and decentralized environments; technical communications management; instructional design program management; and quality assurance and helpdesk management. Matt is currently a member of the American Society of Training and Development and a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Educational Foundations and Leadership at his alma mater, the University of Akron.
